The Best SEO Tools
We have put together a summary of some of the Best SEO Tools that we use here at KPI and we hope that you will find it useful. We use these tools everyday when working on customer SEO campaigns as well as a range of custom SEO Tools that we build and maintain in-house. KPI can help you choose which of the Top SEO Tools to use on your SEO project and we also offer SEO Training that shows you how to use these tools effectively.
Hubspot Website Grader
A Top SEO Tool to start with and it’s free as well. Hubspot Website Grader promises to answer the questions: “Is Your Website Working?”, ”How well is your website doing?”, “Is it getting traffic?”, “Does it have SEO problems?” and “How popular is it in social media?”
We’re big fans of Website Grader at KPI; it’s quick and it’s free. It’s not the most sophisticated SEO Tool but you just enter your website URL, click “Generate Report” and wait a minute or two. The messages displayed while the SEO Tool does it’s processing are a little irritating though.
The score is out of 100, high scores are better and they even give you a badge to display your score (and gain themselves some back links, nice tactic).
Google Adwords Keywords Tool
Google provide one of the best SEO Tools at no cost and you don’t have to be an Adwords customer to use it although it is worth signing up for a free Google Account and logging in to avoid solving captchas.

Use a keyword tool, such as the Google Adwords Keywords Tool to check your keyword ideas, get statistics from Google on search volume and competitiveness, it will also show you related keywords e.g. if I enter the keyword “SEO Tools”, it provides 800 keyword suggestions including “google seo tools”, “seo free tools”, “top seo tools”, etc. I can also enter a web site address instead of a keyword to check what keywords Google has associated with a web site.
