There certainly seems to be a 'closer to the customer' wave of innovation driving this issue. However, I am still at a loss as to how to make a Twitter webpage or how to deal with Groups on FB. Any assistance would be appreciated. PS Going to the Chelmsford training day next Wednesday so maybe I will get some assistance there.
