Salary: £12,000 to £18,000 + excellent bonus - OTE £22,000 to £35,000

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Immediate openings are now available for experienced or inexperienced customer service representatives in Shrewsbury. Don't worry if you have limited customer service experience, we provide full product training and mentoring.

REQUIREMENTS:
A professional approach to work and strong verbal and written communications skills are essential because you will work directly with existing and potential customers. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and full time hours are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling general queries from pitential and existing customers. You will help customers complete various forms and provide them with all necessary product information. Please note this is a call centre based role not a face to face role. No cold calling.

SKILLS:
